AmericanCivilWar:ABCBook

Instructions

Your book should contain the following:

A decorated Cover with your name as the author.

Each letter of the alphabet on a separate page.
A word or term relating to the Civil War: People, places, events, battles, terms, leaders,
      hero, heroines, etc.

A thorough definition or explanation of each word written in terms that a younger child
could understand.  Everything must be hand written!

An illustration for each world.
Illustrations can be drawn, traced, copied, cut from magazines or newspapers, or done
      on the computer.

Be consistent throughout your book.  Make it as much like a real ABC book as possible.

Your grade will be determined by craftsmanship, creativity, thoroughness and balance of
      Civil War information, and neatness.

Remember that spelling and grammar count.
